2015 Award and Writing Prize Recipients

The deadline for applications for the 2017-2018 school year is February 3, 2017. Funding recipients will be announced at the ACHA Annual Meeting scheduled for May 30-June 3 in Austin, TX.

Funding Guidelines

Funding decisions for specific projects or annual meeting sponsorships will be made by the American College Health Foundation Board of Directors, in collaboration with the executive director of the American College Health Association.

ACHF Awards

ACHF Student Travel Funding Opportunity

The purpose of this award is to provide partial funding support for travel and hotel expenses for one or more students to travel to the ACHA Annual Meeting. Click for more information.

FirstRisk Advisors Initiatives in College Mental/Behavioral Health Funding Opportunity

ACHF is offering a $3,500 award in conjunction with FirstRisk Advisors to support the development of creative initiatives that address prevention, early intervention and treatment for mental and behavioral health disorders among students. The goal of these initiatives is to reduce the risk of mental and behavioral illness and injury among college students and to enhance both individual and community health as a strategy to support student learning. Click for more information.

Gallagher Koster Innovative Practices in College Health Funding Opportunity

ACHF is offerring a $3,500 award through the Gallagher Koster Innovative Practices in College Health Fund. This award supports the development of creative solutions to improve access to quality health care for all students. Click for more information.
