What to Expect

ACHA will host a discovery call to determine your specific needs and collect relevant background information. We will arrange for the consultants to visit your campus, at which time they will tour your facilities and interview key stakeholders. The result is an objective and informed report outlining key findings and recommendations to help you both plan for the future and make immediate changes.

ACHA recommends using two consultants in order to gain a more complete and balanced perspective.

We also offer virtual consultations. Contact us to learn more.

                  What Our Customers Are Saying

“With some quick and minor changes in the health center immediately following the visit, the staff is happier and thus more efficient and welcoming as the stress level has dropped significantly.  I expect to see even more change, some of which will be directly related to the work of the reviewers and their ability to communicate effectively with senior administration.”

“Our review was admittedly more complex and fraught with potential political implications than most. The reviewers seemed to understand this and were sensitive to the challenges that we face.”

“The entire process was of great benefit, to both staff and consumers, helping to confirm the position of the student health center and supporting the quality of care provided and quality of staff available at the center.”

“Having the opportunity for the reviewers to discuss the philosophy of and trends in college health with influential administrators was very beneficial, allowing them to gain insight into the real world of college health services across the state and the nation.”

“Having experts in the field validate our needs and direction for enhancements of services has given us a blueprint for us for the next decade and beyond. The on-site visit also assisted our departments in educating our upper administration about the value added to a college student’s experience when quality services are provided.”
