Information for Presenters

IMPORTANT: All presenters (sessions and posters) must REGISTER in advance for the meeting.

Congratulations on having your program or poster submission selected for the ACHA 2017 Annual Meeting!

The Program Planning Committee spent months reviewing program submissions and posters, and selecting those that, in their view, would best meet the needs expressed by ACHA members. Your presentation (whether it is a session or a poster) is among those selected to address the most critical issues facing college health professionals across the country.

Below are links to next steps and some important information you will need as you finalize your presentation. Be sure to check this page regularly — as well as the main Annual Meeting page — for updates and announcements.

Session Presenters' Checklist


  1. Register for the meeting  — Early bird deadline is April 10, 2017.
  2. Complete your AV Request Form (primary presenters only). Deadline is March 31, 2017.
  3. Submit your presentation and handouts for posting on the ACHA website.

Poster Presenters' Checklist


  1. Register for the meeting  — Early bird deadline is April 10, 2017.
