All advertisements require approval from the American College Health Association (ACHA), which reserves the right to accept only those that align with our standards. These standards include, but are not limited to:

  • Advertised products or services must be relevant and beneficial to the field of college health and its associated disciplines.
  • Advertisements and sponsored content will be reviewed based on legal, ethical, professional, and social considerations.
  • ACHA reserves the right to reject, remove, or discontinue any advertisement or sponsored content at any time, regardless of prior acceptance, without liability.
  • Acceptance of advertising does not imply endorsement or validation of a product or service by ACHA. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their claims.
  • All advertisements must meet professional standards, avoiding misleading statements, omissions, or disparaging remarks about others.
  • Any claims made in advertisements must be supported by verifiable research data.
  • Advertised products must comply with all relevant federal and state laws, including FDA and FTC regulations.
  • Advertising that contradicts ACHA’s Code of Ethics or ethical practice guidelines will not be approved.
  • Ads promoting products or services that directly compete with ACHA’s offerings may be declined unless specifically approved.
